Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)
Youngcare has been building premium SDA for 20 years. Our building program designs and develops age-appropriate housing solutions where young people with high physical support needs can live young lives with choice, independence and dignity in their own homes.
Youngcare Grants
Do you need financial assistance to purchase essential items, home or vehicle modifications or services? Youngcare’s grants change lives by providing financial support to people with high physical support needs, assisting them to exit or avoid moving into housing that is inappropriate, such as aged care, hospital or rehabilitation centres.
Youngcare Connect
Need help navigating the NDIS? Youngcare Connect is run by a dedicated, compassionate and qualified team who supports families and individuals to navigate the disability sector. Our team can provide NDIS and SDA information, link you with appropriate services and identify funding or housing opportunities.
